How the free prize draw works?
Every attendee to your Matilda & Friends Event, who receives a fitting in any Wacoal branded product, that is; Fantasie, Freya, Wacoal, Elomi or Goddess, in-store, is eligible to win a prize pack of 1 x 4 sets of Elomi Lingerie for them and a friend (1 x 4 sets for the winner and 1 x 4 sets for the friend). With each set
consisting of a bra and matching brief from a selected range stipulated by the promotor: Wacoal Europe.
Every attendee to your Matilda & Friends Event, who receives a fitting in any Wacoal branded product, that is; Fantasie, Freya, Wacoal, Elomi or Goddess, in-store, is eligible to win a prize pack of 1 x 4 sets of Elomi Lingerie for them and a friend (1 x 4 sets for the winner and 1 x 4 sets for the friend). To enter the free prize draw, the attendee is to fill out the Entry card provided during the fitting event, with both their name and their friend, along with one form of contact information – either an email address or a telephone number – so they can be contacted should they be the winner.
Once the entry card has been completed, it is to be placed into the entry box.
At the end of the Event, Le Buste will draw a winner at random from the entry box within 48 hours after the event has finished.
The winning Elomi Lingerie sets will be selected from specific ranges provided by Wacoal Europe. Sets will be shipped within 2 weeks after the winners are drawn. If a set is temporarily out of stock, Le Buste will notify you, and you may choose a substitute from a selection of available sets offered by Wacoal.
Following the completion of the free prize draw, all physical copies of the entry cards will be shredded and discarded in order to comply with privacy policy and GDPR rules. Le Buste will advise their Wacoal Australia/New Zealand Sales Representative of the sizes of the winners, these will be ordered on their behalf and they will receive stock within the normal Wacoal shipping period to their store to distribute to the winners. The retailer must notify the winners that the prize may take up to 2 weeks to be delivered and the product is to be selected by Wacoal.
Privacy Policy and GDPR rules The personal information collected, such as names, contact details, and competition entries, will be used solely for administering the competition, identifying winners, and delivering prizes. Participants’ data will not be used for other purposes without explicit consent, and stores will not be able to keep your contact details for future marketing communications. All data will be stored securely and retained only for as long
as necessary to fulfil the competition’s purposes, after which it will be deleted. Participants have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their data, and can withdraw their consent at any time by contacting the competition organiser. 1. Promoter: The prize draw is organised by Wacoal Europe in collaboration with participating stores across Australia and New Zealand.
2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Australia and New Zealand, aged 18 or over. Employees of Wacoal Europe, participating stores, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter: Entry is free with any Fitting of a Wacoal brand product, that is; Fantasie, Freya, Wacoal, Elomi or Goddess. No purchase is necessary. To enter, complete an entry card available in-store and place it in the designated draw entry box during the period in which the event is taking place. Entries without valid contact information may be disqualified.
4. Event Dates: The event start and end dates are as specified by each store. Only entries submitted within this period will be eligible. Stores can not run this event for longer than 7 consecutive days.
5. Prize: Each participating store will award one winner, plus the friend as stated on entry ballot card, with x8 sets of Elomi Lingerie. x4 sets for the winner and x4 sets for the friend. The Prize is
non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. If the winners do not fit the
Elomi range, specific ranges provided by Wacoal Europe will be offered as a replacement.
6. Winner Selection and Notification: Each participating store will conduct a random draw at the end of the event week to select a winner. The winner will be notified by phone or email within 48 hours
of the draw.
7. Claiming the Prize: The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of being contacted. The prize is to be claimed by returning to the store for prize collection. Should the prize not be claimed by the deadline, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. Publicity Consent: By entering the prize draw, participants agree to the use of their name and image for publicity purposes in connection with this event by Wacoal Europe and the participating store. Any additional consent required by local regulations will be requested from the winner.
9. Privacy and Data Use: Personal information provided by participants will be used for the purpose of conducting this prize draw, handled in compliance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and
New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
10. Consumer Rights: These Terms and Conditions do not limit or exclude any legal rights or remedies available under Australian or New Zealand law.
11. Limitation of Liability: The Promoter and participating stores accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by any entrant or winner, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
12. Modification and Termination: The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the prize draw at any time, without notice, in compliance with Australian and New Zealand consumer laws.
13. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and New Zealand. Participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in their respective countries.
